Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible at rosavelle2026@gmail.com or +91 97195 95559. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, email rosavelle2026@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer. You will be notified by email once your refund is initiated.
